Terms And Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any payment on our website or mobile app. By accessing or using the Site or by using the Service (defined below), you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If at any time you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access our mobile app or use the website and immediately terminate your account to use our services.

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH A PLUS WALLET PVT LTD COMPANY UNDER THE BRAND NAME OF "OZONE WALLET".

We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time without giving you any prior notice. Your use of the Website following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies and other policies applicable in general and/ or to specific areas of this Website or to particular Service are also considered as Terms.

1. For being a valid User you must satisfy the following conditions:

(a) You are a student or behalf from your parents contract with us; or

(b) You are not a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of India.

(c) Your access to use of the Website and the Services will be solely at the discretion of OZONE WALLET.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA and MASTER Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net banking and Licenced E Wallet as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway partner TRAKNPAY.com. No information pertaining to payment is shared with us as you fill all the payment related information on your bank's site.

MOBILE RECHARGE

WE have tied up with a third party enabler for the recharge, operator plans, bill payment, electricity bill payment, gas payment, water bill payment. We are not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge from mobile operators end. Though, best efforts are made to keep the service above acceptance levels.
User is solely responsible for the selection of mobile operator and the recharge amount. We are not responsible for talk-time given against recharge done through OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP as this is purely at mobile operator's disposal.

We reserve the right to charge and recover from the User, fees for availing the Services. These changes shall be effective from the time they are posted on to the OZONE Website or over the OZONE channel through which you are availing the Service. OZONE WALLET shall be entitled to charge and recover from you and you shall be liable to pay such charges to the Bill Payment Service as may be decided by OZONE WALLET. These charges shall be charged on to your designated OZONE Account.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the payment of the mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment or other services availed by you and all charges that result from these payments. We shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number. In case, money has been charged to your card or bank account or pre-paid payment instrument and a payment/service is not delivered by the service provider within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us regarding the same by sending an email to care@ozonewallet.in. Please include in the email the following details  the mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment amount, service provider name, payment amount, transaction date and transaction ID. We shall investigate such incidents and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account or pre-paid payment instrument without delivery of the payment/service then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your card or bank account or the OZONE ACCOUNT. We shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above mentioned options.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Cash back Coupon is purely subjected to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by the respective retailer. Coupons are issued on behalf of the respective retailer. Hence, we are not liable to give extra cash back in any form.

USE OF SITE

You understand that except for information, products or services clearly indicated as being supplied by OZONE WALLET, we do not operate, control, or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in anyway. You also understand that OZONE WALLET cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of viruses, worms or other code that may be damaging. You are responsible for implementing procedures to satisfy your particular requirements and for accuracy of data input and output.

DISCLAIMER

The Service and the Website and its entire contents are provided on an 'as is' basis. OZONE and its officers, employees,  give or make no representation or warranty (either express or implied) as to the suitability of the Service or the Website or its contents for any purpose or the completeness, accuracy, reliability, security or availability of the Service or the Website or its contents; nor do they accept any responsibility arising in any way (including from negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the Service or the Website.

1. OZONE and its officers, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, cost (including legal costs) or liability arising directly or indirectly from your use or non-use of the Service or the Website, or your reliance upon the Service or the information contained upon the Website (whether arising from OZONE'S or any other person's negligence or otherwise).

2. You and OZONE agree that any cause of action arising out of your use of the Service or Website must be commenced within 12 (twelve) months after the cause of action accrues or you become aware of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, whichever is later. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

3. Where any legislation implies any term, condition, representation or warranty into this Agreement or the Privacy Policy and that legislation prohibits exclusion of that term, condition, representation or warranty, then that term, condition, representation or warranty is included.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

All transactions on the OZONE website, monetary and otherwise, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-reversible, save and except in the event of proven gross negligence on the part of OZONE or its representatives, in which event the user agrees that the user shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid by the user and actually received by OZONE with respect to the recharge done by the user.
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if OZONE has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, OZONE liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent of the amount actually paid for by any user while availing any of the services on the OZONE  website.

FRAUD ACTIVITY

If we found any user in fraudulant activity within the platform or in payment channel through our payment gateway partner, the account of user will be temporarily blocked for security under the law of cyber law. In this case the user verification to be completed within One week. If user verification completed successfully  than account of user will be active. Otherwise the proper investigation take place under the rule of cyber Law.

SCHOOL/INSTITUTE FEE

User can only pay to such schools and institute with whom the OZONE has contracted in written form or an agreement made between school and OZONE. All transactions made to pay school fee are directly transferred to the schools and institute's bank account which they provided on OZONE platform.
If any failed transaction occurs at any point of time than a user can create a complaint to care@ozonewallet.in with transaction ID and others details like payment amount and transaction date. After that our associates make refund or process your concerned transaction earliest possible.
