Q1. HOW CAN I ADD MONEY TO MY OZONE WALLET?
You can Add money to your OZONE WALLET in a few simple steps.
- Log into your OZONE account and click on "ADD MONEY" icon on the left side of the blue strip on the site.
- Enter the amount you want to add and click on "Add Money"
- You can choose to add money via Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, IMPS or ATM card
- You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide payment details
- If you have any saved credit or debit card, it will be shown upfront and you only need to enter the CVV number and proceed to the bank page. If you do not have any saved credit or debit card, you can choose to save a card for faster payment next time.
- Once you enter details on your bank's page & complete the transaction, you will be redirected to OZONE WALLET with money added in your OZONE WALLET.
On OZONE APP
- You can add money to your OZONE WALLET by selecting the Add Money tab on homepage.
- You can choose to add money via Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, IMPS or ATM card.
- Enter the amount you want to add and tap on "Add Money".
- You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide payment details.
- If you have any saved credit or debit card, it will be shown upfront and you just need to enter CVV and proceed to bank page. If you do not have any saved card you can choose to save a credit or debit card for faster payment next time.
- Once you enter details on your bank's page & complete the transaction, you will be redirected to OZONE with money added in your OZONE WALLET.
Q2. WHEN WILL I GET MY CASHBACK?
In case of Recharges, bill payments, tickets, deals or adding money:After a successful transaction, the cash back takes 24hrs to be credited to your OZONE WALLET.
In case of a shopping order: Cashback will be credited into your OZONE WALLET within 24 hrs of your item being shipped. In case of EMI, Cashback gets credited once the return period gets over. However, if the product has no return policy and you have opted for EMI, the cashback gets credited post 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Amount Deducted but recharge failed:-
If the recharge fails and amount is deducted, OZONE refunds the entire amount of failed recharge back to your OZONE WALLET within 48 hrs. If you have not paid through OZONE WALLET and it has been more than 48 hours since recharge failure, the bank will refund the amount within 3-10 working days in your bank account/card.
Q3. HOW CAN I SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE?
On OZONE APP:-
Sending money with OZONE APP is really fast and simple
- Open the OZONE APP.
- Tap on Send MONEY icon.
- Tap on the Mobile Number option.
- Enter the mobile number of the person whom you want to send money to. You can also pick the mobile number from contacts saved on your device by tapping the address book icon next to the mobile number field.
- Enter amount you want to send.
- You can mention the reason for sending money. This field is optional.
- Tap on Send.
If you have sufficient balance in your OZONE WALLET, money will be successfully sent to the person whose mobile number you entered.
If you do not have sufficient balance, you will be redirected to the payment details page, where you can add money in your OZONE WALLET and then send money.
The person whom you have sent money to, will receive an SMS/Email and Push notification (if they have a OZONE APP) informing them that they have received money from you.
Q4. HOW CAN I PAY FEE THROUGH OZONE APP?
Follow these simple steps and pay your fee through OZONE in few easy steps:-
- Go to ozonewallet.in and on the home screen, select 'pay to school'
- Under the 'pay to school' option tap on 'click to open' on your school
- Select the school you want to pay for and
- enter your details and click 'pay'
- Pick your payment option. 'Pay Now' with your Debit Card/ Credit card/ Net Banking
You'll receive a payment confirmation from ozone waleet on your registered mobile number and email id.
Q5 MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL, BUT THE SCHOOL DOES NOT SHOW THE UPDATE?
The educational institute's database may take up to 2 working days to be updated after a successful transaction. In case it's not reflecting after 2 working days, please contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with all your order details.
